Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all cities across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and beyond. Free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Within Karachi: 1-2 business days. Other major cities: 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping charges apply and vary by country. Delivery takes 7-14 business days internationally.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available all over Pakistan. Pay when you receive your order — no advance payment required.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer (Meezan, HBL, UBL), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and all major credit/debit cards via secure online checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. To be eligible, you must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. Returns without unboxing video will not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, WhatsApp us at +92-309-9915777 within 24 hours with your unboxing video as proof. We will replace or refund your order immediately.
What warranty do you offer?
All stainless steel pieces come with a 5-year warranty against rust and discoloration. Metal art pieces carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage.
What material are your pieces made from?
All our pieces are made from premium 0.8mm stainless steel using precision laser cutting technology. Manufactured in Sialkot — Pakistan's craft capital.
What finishes are available?
We offer Gold, Silver, and Black finishes. Some designs are also available in Rose Gold. Each finish is powder-coated for durability.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes! We accept custom orders for businesses and individuals. Contact us on WhatsApp for custom calligraphy, sizes, or designs. Minimum order for custom pieces is 5 units.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
