Returns and refunds
Damaged or wrong item? Message us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and we replace or refund it. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned once production starts.

Send your design, size and material (stainless steel or mild steel). We reply with a quote and a preview before cutting begins. A part advance starts production.

Care of your piece
Wipe stainless steel with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Mild steel is powder-coated for indoor use, so keep it away from standing water.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We ship to every city and town the courier covers, with Cash on Delivery available. Delivery usually takes [3-5] working days after dispatch.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Choose Bank Transfer at checkout, send the total to our Faysal Bank account, then share the payment screenshot and your order number on WhatsApp. We confirm and start your order the same day.
What is the difference between stainless steel and mild steel?
Stainless steel resists rust and keeps its shine, so it suits bright rooms and damp areas. Mild steel is stronger per rupee and is finished with a durable coat, which gives deep black and coloured looks for indoor walls.
Can I change the size or text of a calligraphy piece?
Yes. Tell us the wall size and the wording. We prepare a digital preview for your approval before any cutting starts.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Ready items can be changed before dispatch. Custom pieces can be changed only until the design is approved for cutting.
How is the artwork packed?
Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and packed in a rigid box so the edges stay clean in transit.
