Overview

Metal Art Sialkot ships across Pakistan and to international addresses. This page explains how long orders take, what shipping costs and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order processing

• Ready items: dispatched within [2-3] working days of order confirmation.
• Custom orders: made after you approve the design and pay the advance, and dispatched in [5-7] working days.

Bank transfer orders are processed once we confirm your payment. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery within Pakistan

• Delivery time: [3-5] working days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges: [Rs. XXX flat rate / free above Rs. XXXX].
• Payment: Cash on Delivery or bank transfer to Faysal Bank.

Remote areas may take one or two extra days.

International shipping

• Delivery time: 10 to 12 days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges: [calculated at checkout / fixed rate by country].
• Payment: [payment methods for international orders].

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are set by your country and are paid by the buyer. Customs checks can add time that we cannot control. Please make sure your phone number and full address are correct, because couriers often call before delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email. For help tracking a parcel, message us with your order number.

Packing

Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and packed in a rigid box so the edges and finish stay safe in transit. International parcels get extra protection.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays, customs checks, courier problems or an incorrect address can cause delays. If your order is later than the time given here, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Damaged or lost parcels

• Check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is badly damaged, tell the courier and take photos.
• Message us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the box and the item.
• We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we work with the courier to trace it and replace or refund the order.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please enter your address carefully. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or because no one was available, we can send it again once the extra shipping charge is paid.
